If you have made a donation to Grand Prairie United Charities and would like to request a refund, please review the following policy: 

Eligibility for Refund 

You may request a refund if: 

• Your credit card or bank statement reflects an error in the amount of your donation. 
• You did not intend to make a donation and can provide proof that you were experiencing technical difficulties with our website. 
• You have made a duplicate payment and can provide evidence of the original payment.

Refund Process 

To request a refund, please contact us at 972-262-2014 . Please tell us your name, date of donation, amount donated, and a brief explanation for why you are requesting a refund. We will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond to you promptly. 

Refund Limits 

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any applicable fees. 

Non-Refundable Donations 

Donations that are specifically designated for a particular program or project may not be refundable if they have already been used to support those initiatives. 

Exemptions from Refunds 

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances: 

• If you made a donation in error, but the funds were still utilized by Grand Prairie United Charities to further our mission. 
• If you requested that your donation not be refunded and instead be applied to another purpose. 
• If you are requesting a refund after 30 days from the date of donation.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
